Bio

Mariella Bonelli graduated in English at the University of Turin’s Modern Languages and Literature Faculty, where she also studied German and French. Afterwards, she obtained a Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpretation Diploma from Turin’s SSITT.

Mariella regularly attends specific training courses in Germany for the German language.

For twenty years, she has been active as a translator and interpreter, and she has had the chance to work in different manufacturing fields, acquiring an in-depth technical knowledge.

She works as interpreter also in the legal field. She collaborates with the Turin Court as interpreter during criminal proceedings, hearings and witness statements, as well as with the Cuneo Court for civil matters.

She is registered with the Cuneo Court as court-appointed technical expert and Expert in criminal matters (to view current registrations, please click here).

Finally, she is a member of the BDÜ, the German association of interpreters and translators.
